Assistant General Manager
Day Shift • M-F • 6am to 3pm
If you have been a long-time Canopy customer, then you have most likely engaged with Rose. She is a Team One Canopy employee who has been here since Day 1! Her roles have expanded over the years and she is now responsible for managing the daily operations and ensuring business runs smoothly each and every day. Rose keeps busy every day managing a staff of 70+ employees while handling any customer service issues, audits and employee training. She is a valuable team member and is always happy to assist our valued guests.
Swing Shift • Nights • Thu, Fri, Sun, Mon
Working outside of normal business hours is no easy task, which is why Canopy is grateful to have Sandra on the team to help supervise during busy evenings and weekends. Sandra has been with Canopy since April 2011 and shares many roles as a bookkeeper, cashier, valet and dispatcher.
Night Shift: Sun- Thurs. 10pm – 6am
Joe is an essential part of Canopy, and ensures operations run smoothly overnight and helps prepare the staff for the busy morning shifts. He has many important roles including managing the graveyard staff of 8 employees, and jumping in as needed as a shuttle driver, valet and dispatcher. He is also responsible for training the Canopy shuttle drivers. Joe is a great, hardworking employee who has been a part of the Canopy family since Day 1 as a Team One Employee.
Facility & Fleet Manager
James has been with Canopy since June 2011 and is the facilities manager for Canopy’s 46 acre property. Additionally, James also oversees the maintenance department employees. As Canopy’s fleet manager, he is responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness for all 30 Canopy vehicles (shuttles and other fleet vehicles). James works hard daily at making sure Canopy’s facility and buses are in tip-top shape for guests.
Weekend Day Shift Supervisor
Fri–Sun • 5am to 3pm
Since December 2011, Hans has been Canopy’s weekend day shift supervisor and has been a great asset at making sure operations are running efficiently over busy weekends and holidays. His job role consists of several administrative duties and he also helps as a driver, valet and dispatcher.
Shuttle Driver Supervisor
Dwight started as a shuttle driver, and has worked his way up into the role of Shuttle Driver Supervisor. Dwight is always focused on the customer experience and ensures our shuttle drivers are trained not only in driving, but in hospitality. Dwight goes beyond his daily role, and initiated some of our Canopy Cares programs including the Holiday Toy Drive, which benefits the Children’s Hospital of Colorado, as well as helping with the End to Alzheimer’s in September.
Canopy Office Administrator
Lynda has been helping assist with customer service and transaction resolution since she started at Canopy in May 2011. She has expanded her role over the years as 5280 program manager and is also responsible for managing Canopy’s annual and monthly parking program. Lynda is a valuable asset to the team and is here to answer customer calls during normal business hours, Monday – Friday.
