Boulder’s Farmer’s Market Starts April 2nd
Spring is finally here and the farmer’s markets are starting to pop up! The first markets will be opening in Boulder and Longmont on Saturday, April 2nd. Great news for Denverites, the Boulder County Farmers Market will be setting up shop at Denver’s Union Station from June 4th – October 22nd. Grab your reusable bags and start shopping local! I-25 Ranks as 50th worst
No surprise to those of us who drive I-25 in Denver. It currently ranks as the nation’s 50th worst for traffic. According to this article, I-25 commuters in metro Denver waste 37 hours a year stuck in traffic.
DIA Ranks Among Best Airports in the World
We get spoiled every time we fly out of the Denver International Airport, and now the word has spread that we have one of the best airports in the world. This past week, according to a national survey, Denver International Airport ranked:
- No. 1 best regional airport in North America
- No. 2 best domestic airport (highest among U.S. airports)
- No. 2 best airport in North America (highest among U.S. airports)
- No. 3 world’s best regional airports (highest among U.S. airports)
- No. 3 best airport staff in North America
- No. 9 Best airports serving more than 50 million passengers a year (highest among U.S. airports)

Von Miller’s First Appearance on Dancing with the Stars
Denver Bronco’s Super Bowl 50 MVP, Von Miller made his TV dancing debut on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars this past Monday. A natural athlete, Miller and his partner Witney Carson tied for the second highest score. Watch the highlights here.
Spring Blizzard Closes DIA Wednesday
A spring blizzard came through Colorado late Tuesday evening closing schools and businesses and causing over 300,000 residents to be without power. For the third time in history, Denver International Airport shut operations on Wednesday, March 23rd, leaving passengers stranded.
