Arapahoe Basin Kicks off the Ski and Snowboard Season!
Colorado’s own Arapahoe Basin is the first ski area to open for the 2016-2017 ski season in North America. The local ski resort, also known as A-Basin, welcomed skiers and snowboarders on Friday, October 21st to start the season. Denver Sets Record High Temperatures
Denver, Colorado has been experiencing an unusual heat wave with Denver hitting 83 degrees on Thursday, breaking the 1966 record of 80 degrees. Rumor has it, we could be breaking another record in the next few days. It’s very rare to have a Halloween in Colorado without snow so take advantage of the nice weather by leaving the puffy coats at home and showing off your costume! Colorado Now Showcases a Denver Broncos Logo Sidewalk
The crosswalk out front of the UC Health Training Center (also known as the Denver Broncos practice field) has gotten a makeover. Self-Driving Truck Goes for a Beer Run
Only in Colorado would there be a self-driving truck transporting beer across the state. Yes, you read that correctly. This past week, Anheuser-Bush sent the first self-driving truck 120 miles to deliver Budweiser beer from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. See the self-driving truck in action here.
